The tradition of Baffo

The history of Trattoria del Baffo has lasted for over fifty years, but it is only in 2020 that the famous cottage in the Romagna hinterland decides to renovate its spaces with a touch of modernity, without however renouncing the historicity that has always distinguished it.

The management thus wears a new role with Igor and Michele, keeping firm roots in traditions, but looking towards the future. The first in the dining room and the second in the kitchen, every day they bring dedication and enthusiasm to the table to meet the needs of their customers, eager to live a gastronomic experience in a familiar place while enjoying the excellence offered by the area.

Finding a place where you can feel pampered like at home is not easy, so we have personally selected and trained our staff, always ready to welcome you to present the dishes of our kitchen and advise you on the menu proposals, so as to make your stay a pleasant experience.

From our garden to your table

Choosing organic foods of proven quality is not always easy and this is why we have chosen to invest in the freshness of our raw materials.

Our small organic garden is born from this need, a portion of the garden surrounding the Trattoria dal Baffo where the products used every day in our dishes can be grown in the open air, so as to have genuine and locally sourced raw materials.
